Jerry is an International Association of Facilitators Certified Professional Facilitator with experience working with Senior Teams, Boards and Multi-stakeholder networks.  His work involves technology, health care, government, private and not-for-profit sectors. He brings a depth of experience to work with these groups regarding problems, opportunities and questions. He is a creative problem solver with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Through a unique mix of facilitated planning, mediation and quality management practices, he brings a results-oriented perspective to the dialogue of organizational performance.

Karyn is an International Association of Facilitators Certified Professional Facilitator with a proven track record of assisting groups in achieving their goals through highly participative processes. She is a well-respected facilitator of strategy and team alignment. Karyn’s clients know that she is reliable, articulate and will push them for continued accountability for their work.
 
Skilled at crafting facilitation designs from the straightforward to the complex, Karyn has focused her career on bringing people together to create strong teams and strong communities. A substantive amount of her work has been with clients in social services and education.
 
An effective communicator and active listener, Karyn is experienced in working with diverse groups and high-heat situations. She delivers clear written reports. She is a strong team player with high energy, enthusiasm and commitment, as demonstrated through more than 17 years in leadership roles. Karyn is highly computer literate with fluency in online meeting tools, virtual facilitation and mind mapping applications.

Mireille Menard

Originally from Northeastern Ontario, Mireille Ménard trained in sociology, education, and facilitation. Mireille has worked in education for over 20 years in various capacities. Besides teaching, she has worked as a teacher consultant and pedagogical advisor for several French-language school boards, and then at the Franco-Ontarian Center for Educational Resources (CFORP) facilitating consultations and delivering workshops on ministerial initiatives. Among others, she worked on the implementation of the cultural approach to education initiative. As part of this project, she served on a Canada-wide committee of the Council of Ministers of Education of Canada (CMEC).

 

Active in the cultural community, Mireille served as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Salon du livre du Grand Sudbury (SLGS) for ten years. During this period, the SLGS flourished: we saw this biennial event transform into a cultural organization with programming that spans the whole year.

 

As a facilitator, Mireille supports organizations in leading focus groups, strategic planning, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
